Order preparation
Products are subject to supplier availability confirmation before fulfilment. If an ordered product cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with suitable options or a refund.
Returns support
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the final store return policy and product condition requirements. Contact support before sending a return.
