Yes, on many models, but rarely as standard. Toyota offers a factory head-up display on most of its larger cars, SUVs and trucks, usually only on upper trims or packages. Some of its best sellers don’t offer one at all: the 2019–2025 RAV4 (gas and hybrid), Corolla, Corolla Cross and current Prius. Below is every US model, the years it had a HUD, and what to add if yours doesn’t.

Based on Toyota’s US owner’s manuals (“Head-up display (if equipped)” sections) and Toyota press releases, checked October 2026. “If equipped” means not every car of that model has one: check the window sticker or the HUD switch / HUD menu. UK and Australian equipment differs. Comparing brands? See every 2026 car with a factory heads-up display.
How to tell if your Toyota has a HUD
- Look for a flat projector opening on the dashboard between the instrument cluster and the windshield.
- Look for a HUD switch (Prius, Mirai) or a HUD / HUD Main item in the multi-information display settings (Camry, Highlander, Tundra, Sequoia, Sienna, RAV4 Prime).
- Check the window sticker or build sheet for “Head-Up Display”.
Have one that stopped working? Toyota’s manuals say a disabled HUD stays off after a restart. See Toyota and Lexus HUD not working.
No factory HUD? Which add-on fits your Toyota
Many Toyotas are hybrids or pickups, and plug-in OBD2 HUDs don’t support those, so choose by powertrain:
- Gas (non-hybrid) Corolla, Camry (2024 and older), RAV4, Highlander and other gas Toyotas from 2007 on: the wiiyii P6 adds RPM, coolant temperature and voltage. Its listing covers gas cars from 2007 and excludes hybrids, diesels and pickups.
- Any hybrid (RAV4 Hybrid, Corolla Hybrid, Camry 2025+, Prius, Sienna), EVs, and Tacoma or Tundra pickups: use a GPS unit such as the KUOWEIHUD K1, which works in any vehicle with a USB port.
- Want navigation in your sight line: the VIVIHUD V5 shows wireless CarPlay or Android Auto directions and works in any Toyota, including hybrids and pickups. It shows no engine data.
